Experience Over 25 years of experience in the surveying field. Tim
has worked his way through the ranks from an entry-level rod man to president of
Land and Sea Surveying in 1992. He has extensive experience in the office
as well, with office calculations and drafting of every type of survey. On a daily basis he not only is an integral part of the
actual field operations, but is also responsible for client relations, employee
training and selection, and quality control of all projects performed. Tim's experience consists of supervision, calculations,
drafting, performing horizontal and vertical control, field surveying, and
providing quality control on all of the following: Commercial, Construction, Topographic, Hydrographic, Route
Surveys, As-Builts, Underground Cable, Location and Design, Land Boundaries,
Pre- and Post-Dredge Conditions, Right-of-Way, Precision Leveling, ALTA Surveys,
Underwater Mapping, Mean High Water, Diving, and Underwater Video.
