Tim Carlile, PLS, President.

Mr. Carlile founded Land & Sea Surveying Concepts in 1991, He has over 30 years of experience in the surveying field, beginning as a rodman and working us way up in the field and office to starting his own company. Mr. Carlile holds professional licenses in Florida, Georgia and Mississippi with licenses pending from Louisiana, Texas and the US Virgin Islands. He has also been approved to sit for examination for certification as a Hydrographic Surveyor with the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM).

Jose Montano, Senior Party Chief

Mr. Montano has over 50 years of experience in the survey field and has grown with the surveying profession. With his depth of knowledge of the mathematics and geometry of survey, he is our resident expert on boundary surveying, construction layout and control surveys. Mr. Montano is directly responsible for the field management of the survey crew.  He is responsible for ensuring that he and his crew maintain the highest possible accuracy.  His many years of experience have provided him with the expertise necessary to be an extremely effective manager.

Shelley Kerasotis, CAD Manager 

Ms. Kerasotis has been with Land & Sea Surveying since 1996. In that time she has become an expert on both Microstation and Terramodel software. She is an integral part of all surveys performed by Land & Sea Surveying and has worked on all types of surveys from hydrographic, topographic, mean high water and beach profiles to boundary, as-built, and ALTA/ACSM surveys with several specific purpose drawings to meet the needs of our clients.

Suzanne Carter, Office Manager 

Ms. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/ Finance from the University of Central Florida. She has been with the Land & Sea Surveying team for over 10 years and has taken several surveying seminars over the years including Mean High Water and Tide Studies, Florida Minimum Technical Standards, GPS Surveying and Geographic Information Systems. Her primary responsibilities are in administration and accounting.
